Package Exclusions

The package does not include personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone calls, porterage, or meals not mentioned in the inclusions. Any cost arising due to natural calamities, flight delays, or medical emergencies is not covered. Travel insurance, visa fees (if applicable), and any other services not specified in the package are excluded.

Know Before You Go

Travelers are advised to carry valid passports with at least six months' validity from the date of travel. It is recommended to carry sufficient local currency and international travel insurance. Respect local customs and dress modestly when visiting temples or traditional villages. Be prepared for warm tropical weather and occasional rain showers. Terms and Conditions

All services are subject to availability at the time of booking. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, operational issues, or local events. Prices are based on group departures; any request for private arrangements may incur additional charges. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during the trip due to delays, changes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation voucher will be emailed within 24–48 hours. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Charges may apply depending on the timing: no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of departure; 50% refund if canceled 8–15 days prior; full refund minus processing fees if canceled earlier than 15 days before departure.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment must be completed as per the deadline shared during booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the reservation. In case of cancellation, refund eligibility will be determined based on the proximity to departure and applicable charges as per the cancellation policy. All refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
