Overview

Seoul is a must-see city in Korea, known for its magnificent Gyeongbokgung Palace. The palace has many hidden treasures such as its beautiful paintings and sculptures, or the Temple of King Sejong. You can also enjoy the cool nightlife of Gangnam, located just outside of Seoul. NAMI ISLAND is another must-see for tourists who want to learn about Korean history and culture. This island was used during ancient times to guard against pirates on the Yellow Sea that borders North Korea, making it an important place in Korean history.

Know Before You Go
Passport & Visa: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Indian travelers require a visa to enter South Korea.
Currency: The local currency is the South Korean Won (KRW). Carry some cash for local purchases; most places accept cards.
Language: Korean is the official language. English is widely understood in hotels and tourist areas, but having a translation app can be helpful.
Weather & Clothing: South Korea experiences four distinct seasons. Pack comfortable clothing suitable for the season and walking shoes for sightseeing.
Electricity: Voltage is 220V, and the plug type is C or F. Carry a universal adapter if needed.
Health & Safety: Tap water is generally safe, but bottled water is recommended. Keep your medicines handy. South Korea is considered safe for travelers, but always stay alert in crowded areas.
Local Etiquette: Respect local customs, especially when visiting temples, palaces, and traditional villages. Remove shoes where required and be mindful of cultural norms.
Connectivity: SIM cards and portable Wi-Fi devices are available at airports and in cities. Consider arranging one for easy navigation and communication.
Tipping: Tipping is not customary in South Korea but appreciated for exceptional service.

Payment and Refund Policy
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the travel date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.
In case of cancellation, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, excluding any bank or transaction charges. Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or unused services.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
