Know Before You Go

Ensure your passport and visa documents are in order before travel. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as the tour includes several archaeological sites. Greece uses the Euro; currency exchange can be done at airports or local banks. Carrying a universal adapter is useful. Weather in Athens may vary, so dress in layers and check the seasonal forecast. Respect cultural norms when visiting churches or monasteries.

Terms and Conditions

All travelers must hold valid documentation and meet the entry requirements of the destination country. The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to operational constraints or force majeure. The package is non-transferable. No refunds will be provided for unused services. The traveler agrees to abide by local laws, health protocols, and safety guidelines during the tour.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of the deposit and booking details. Final travel documents will be shared 7 days before departure. For cancellations, written notice is required. Cancellations made 30 days in advance will receive a 70% refund, 15-29 days will receive a 30% refund, and less than 15 days prior will result in forfeiture of the entire amount. In case of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling options may be offered.

Payment and Refund Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 21 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment gateways. Refunds for cancellations made 30 days prior to the start date are subject to a processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are partially refundable, and within 15 days, no refund is applicable.
