Package Inclusions

This Egypt 5 Days 4 Nights tour includes comfortable accommodations in well-rated hotels with daily breakfast. All internal transfers and transportation are arranged in air-conditioned vehicles, ensuring a comfortable journey throughout. Entry tickets to major sightseeing attractions such as the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum, and key temples are covered. A professional English-speaking guide will accompany you on sightseeing tours to enrich your experience with historical context. Airport pick-up and drop-off services are included. Select meals as per the itinerary and all applicable taxes are part of the package.

Package Exclusions

The package does not cover international airfare to and from Egypt. Travel insurance, visa fees, and any additional meals or drinks not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded. Personal expenses such as shopping, tips to guides and drivers, laundry, and optional activities like the Nile Dinner Cruise or hot air balloon rides in Luxor are not included. Any cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or natural disasters will need to be borne by the traveler.

Know Before You Go

Before traveling to Egypt, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of arrival. Visa requirements may vary depending on your nationality; it is advisable to check and arrange your visa in advance. Egypt has a desert climate, so light, breathable clothing is recommended, along with sunglasses and sunscreen. While Egypt is safe for tourists, it's important to respect local customs, dress modestly at religious sites, and follow the instructions of your guide during excursions. Carry local currency (Egyptian Pounds) for small purchases, though credit cards are accepted in most tourist areas.

Terms and Conditions

This package is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are based on a minimum number of travelers and may vary in case of changes in group size or travel dates. The company holds the right to amend the itinerary or substitute hotels or transport due to unavoidable circumstances. It is the traveler’s responsibility to adhere to local laws and guidelines. Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory unless explicitly stated. All sightseeing schedules are fixed; any request for deviation or extra services may incur additional charges.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon successful booking, a confirmation email and voucher will be sent to your registered email address. Free cancellation is permitted up to 15 days before the trip start date. Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to departure will incur a 50% deduction. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date or for no-shows. In case of any force majeure or government-imposed restrictions, bookings may be rescheduled or fully refunded at our discretion.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your booking, a minimum payment of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 10 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or UPI. In case of cancellation, refund requests will be processed as per the cancellation timeline. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
