International airfare to and from Egypt. Visa fees and processing costs. Personal expenses such as laundry, drinks, tips, or any optional tours not listed in the itinerary. Travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended. Any meals or activities not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

Confirmation and cancellation policy
Booking confirmation will be provided via email within 48 hours of payment. All tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest, or flight cancellation, we will offer the nearest possible alternative or a travel credit. No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to departure. Initial booking amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellations 30 days prior, 75% refund is applicable (excluding booking fee). Cancellations within 15 days will incur 100% cancellation charges. Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days as per the mode of payment.
Additional Information
All travelers must carry a government-issued photo ID and a printed copy of travel documents. Group tours may be conducted in English unless otherwise specified. Photographs at some historical sites may require additional permissions or fees. It is recommended to reach the airport at least 3 hours prior to international departures. Emergency contact numbers and local guide information will be shared on arrival.
