Before your Bangkok adventure, ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months. Visa-on-arrival is available for many nationalities, but always check the latest entry rules. The local currency is Thai Baht; carry some cash for street markets and small vendors. Respect local customs—modest clothing is recommended when visiting temples. Expect tropical weather; light cotton clothes, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes are advised. Be cautious with street food if you have a sensitive stomach. Avoid drinking tap water; opt for bottled water.

Pick-up timing is subject to change based on traffic on the day. If guests miss the scheduled SIC transfer, they may take the next available transfer at an additional cost (subject to seat availability). Otherwise, guests must arrange their own transfer at their own expense. No refund will be made for non-utilization of transfer. For transfers from Don Muang Airport, additional charge for private transfer applies: USD 29 per vehicle per way. For transfers outside the SIC schedule, a private transfer charge of USD 29 (per vehicle per way) applies. All rates are NET, non-commissionable, do not include bank transfer surcharge, and are quoted in US Dollars per person. Package rates are subject to change without notice and do not include festival season surcharges. Itinerary is subject to change based on traffic or other local conditions. Exchange rates are subject to change without notice. Policy changes will be communicated by our reservation team at the time of booking. If the customer misses the tour, it will be non-refundable or subject to 100% charge. SIC packages must be on time. Missed sightseeing tours are non-refundable or 100% charge applies.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Confirmation:
Your booking will be confirmed once the advance payment and traveler details are received. All travel documents, hotel vouchers, and the final itinerary will be sent via email within 2–3 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

• 15+ days prior to departure – 80% refund
• 7–14 days before departure – 50% refund
• Less than 7 days or no-show – No refund

All cancellations must be requested in writing. Deductions will be made for any confirmed arrangements already booked (hotels, transfers, etc.).

Payment and Refund Policy

A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The balance 50% must be paid at least 7 days before departure. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days, after deducting any applicable service or transaction fees. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, last-minute changes, or unused services.
