Package Inclusions

The Gardens of South package includes accommodation at selected hotels with daily breakfast, all transfers and sightseeing by private air-conditioned vehicle, services of a professional driver, all applicable taxes, tolls, and parking fees, and an English-speaking guide for major sightseeing points. Entrance fees to gardens and monuments, daily bottled water during travel, and assistance at arrival and departure points are also included.

Package Exclusions

The package excludes airfare or train tickets, travel insurance, personal expenses like tips, laundry, or telephone charges, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary, camera/video charges at monuments, and any cost arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, or force majeure situations.

VISA Information

For foreign travelers, a valid Indian visa is mandatory before arrival. The visa can be applied online through the official e-Visa portal. Ensure that your passport has at least six months of validity from your date of arrival in India. Carry a printed copy of your e-visa approval upon entry.

South India enjoys a warm and pleasant climate; carry breathable clothing and comfortable walking shoes. Respect local customs, especially when visiting religious or heritage sites. It is advisable to carry mosquito repellent and stay hydrated.

Terms and Conditions

All travelers must carry a valid ID. Rates are based on current fuel charges and taxes and may be subject to change. Itinerary changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be handled at the discretion of the tour operator. Travelers must follow local COVID-19 protocols, if applicable. The company shall not be held liable for delays or changes in the itinerary caused by natural or external factors.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon successful payment, a confirmation voucher will be issued within 24–48 hours. Cancellations made 30 days before the travel date will receive a 90% refund, while cancellations between 15–29 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of departure or for no-shows.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your booking, a minimum of 50% payment is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure. Refunds on cancellations will be processed as per the cancellation policy. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or UPI. Any additional transaction charges are borne by the customer.

Additional Information

Children below 5 years sharing a bed with parents travel free. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Special dietary requirements must be informed in advance. The tour is not wheelchair accessible unless arranged specifically. It's advisable to carry light baggage for ease of travel between locations.
