Day 1 - Gangtok, Sikkim
Overview:
Upon your arrival in Bagdogra Airport, you will be picked you up and begin the 5-hour transfer to Gangtok, the modern capital of Sikkim and a cultural hub. On the way to your hotel, enjoy the heart-beating highland view along the Teesta River. After you check-in to your hotel, you have the rest of the day to spend at your leisure. Overnight stay at a hotel in Gangtok.

Day 2 - Tsongmo Lake, Sikkim
Overview:
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, and then make the 55 kilometers drive to Tsomgo Lake, a high altitude lake of Sikkim. Apart from sightseeing, here you can also indulge in yak riding. Further, you will visit Baba Mandir (13,200 feet). Spend some time at the temples and then return to the hotel in Gangtok for overnight stay.

Day 3 - Lachen, Sikkim
Overview:
Have a stomach-filling breakfast and start your day early by checking out from the hotel in Gangtok and proceeding towards Lachen. It is one of the most beautiful towns in Sikkim and is scarcely populated. Try spotting rear birds such as the wood snipe and hoary-throated barwing on your way.

Day 4 - Gurudongmar Lake, Sikkim
Overview:
After relishing an early morning breakfast, check out from the hotel in Lachen and head out for some local sightseeing.Drive to the Gurudongmar Lake first where you will be mesmerized by the serene surroundings. A 3-hour drive will take you atop a peak where the lake is perched at an altitude of 17,000 feet. It is very close to the Tibet border and is encircled all around the year by snow-covered peaks. The lake is considered to be sacred by the Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists. It is also one of the highest lakes in the world.Transfer to Lachung on the same day. On the way stop for lunch. On arrival, check in at the hotel and spend the overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 - Gangtok, Sikkim

Situated at a height of 11,800 feet, it is popularly known as ‘Valley of Flowers and is bounded by massive yet humbling snow-capped mountains. It is a peaceful hamlet with a mere population. It is a grazing ground of the Yaks in summers and a playground for Yetis in winter. You can also visit the hot springs that are considered to have medicinal curative properties. | To cut the long journey short, enjoy a short stopover at the Bheema and Twin Falls. These are one of the tallest waterfalls in the state and among the most famous spots to visit in Lachung. The Bheema falls are also popularly known as the Amitabh Bachchan falls owing to its tallness. | An optional tour to the Zero Point can be arranged for on request and at an additional cost. Set at an altitude of 15,300 feet above sea level, it is the last outpost of civilization. The international border of China lies a few meters ahead and hence civilians are restricted to go any further. | After sightseeing, continue your journey to Gangtok. On arrival, check in at the hotel and spend the overnight in the comfort of the cosy room.

Day 6 - Pelling, Sikkim

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and transfer to Pelling. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7 - Gangtok, Sikkim
Overview:
On the seventh day, done with your morning breakfast, check-out from the hotel and straight away travel to Darjeeling. During the journey, from Pelling to Darjeeling, you will come across Singhik viewpoint, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mighty Khangchendzonga. The whiff of tea and sound of toy train symbolises that you are somewhere in and around Darjeeling. Upon arrival at Darjeeling, you will be transferred to a hotel for overnight stay and dinner.

Day 8 - Lachen, Sikkim
Overview:
Get up at around 4 in the morning and get ready to chase the down over the Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 feet) at the Tiger Hill (8,400 feet). Explore the highest point of the region and adore enchanting views from the top, the snow-covered Himalayan ranges. Thereafter, on your way back to the hotel, visit Ghoom Monastery and War Memorial and Batasia Loop. Get back to the hotel, enjoy breakfast and relax. Again get ready as you will go for the sightseeing tour. We take you to some of the important places of interest in Darjeeling including Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Return back to your hotel and relax. Rest of the evening is free for you, either you can relax or just stroll around. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Know Before You Go

Travelers to Sikkim and Darjeeling should carry valid government-issued ID and, in the case of foreign nationals, ensure necessary permits are secured for restricted areas. Weather in the region can be unpredictable, so it is advised to carry layered clothing, rain gear, and comfortable walking shoes. The region is hilly, so some long drives and altitude changes are expected; those prone to motion or altitude sickness should be prepared accordingly. Road travel in hilly terrain may experience delays, especially during the monsoon or winter. Photography may be restricted in some religious and army-monitored areas, and visitors are expected to respect local customs and traditions.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with all itinerary details, hotel vouchers, and travel instructions will be issued. Booking is considered valid only upon written acknowledgment by the operations team. Cancellation charges are calculated based on notice period: more than 30 days before travel—minimal charge; 15–29 days—up to 50% deduction; under 15 days or no-show—no refund. In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or unavoidable circumstances, the trip may be rescheduled subject to availability and policies, but refund decisions will depend on the actual services and supplier terms.

Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm the booking, an advance payment must be made as specified during reservation. The remaining amount should be cleared prior to the travel start date. In case of cancellation by the traveler, deductions will be based on how many days before the journey the cancellation is initiated. Cancellations 30 days or more in advance may incur minimal charges. Cancellations closer to the travel date may result in higher deductions or forfeiture of the amount paid. No refunds will be entertained for no-shows or partially availed services. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, excluding gateway charges or third-party fees.

Additional Information

Please inform nationality and country of travellers if Non-Indian travellers are traveling. Tsomgo Lake, Nathula Pass, Lachung and Lachen are subject to permissibility. If permit application is not approved, then alternative tours will be provided. Please carry a valid voter ID card/Passport along with 4 pieces of passport size photographs for all passengers. COVID-19 Negative report required to enter in Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, and Sikkim. Entry of all persons in Sikkim, including fully vaccinated tourists, shall be allowed entry from Melli & Rangpo check post without RTPCR report, on production of valid vaccination documents. Those partially vaccinated or below 18 years shall be permitted to enter with a negative RTPCR report taken within 72 hours prior to entry. If any emergency lockdown or new COVID-19 guidelines are announced by any State government, the tour will be postponed. Refund not possible. For ILP, send all passenger details 20 days before the journey. ILP approval depends on Government officials of Arunachal Pradesh. No Refund will be entertained in case of disasters like political unrest, bad weather, earthquake, or natural calamities beyond control. Cancellation and Refund Policy strictly depends on suppliers such as airlines, railways, hotels, transporters, etc. Driver details will be sent 24 hours prior to the travel date.
