Confirmation and cancellation policy
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with detailed itinerary and vouchers will be shared. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations between 15-29 days will receive a 50% refund, while those within 14 days are non-refundable. In case of a no-show, no refund will be granted.
Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour. Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online gateway. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy. Refunds will not be provided for unutilized services or last-minute changes.
