Meghalaya is a state of India, located in the northeastern part of the country. It is bounded by the Indian state of Assam to the north and northeast and by Bangladesh to the south and southwest. The state capital is the hill town of Shillong, located in east-central Meghalaya. Highlights: Meghalaya was formed by carving out two districts from the state of Assam: the United Khasi Hills and Jaintia Hills, and the Garo Hills.

Know Before You Go

Meghalaya and Assam experience varying weather conditions, so it's best to carry both light and warm clothing. Respect local customs and tribal traditions, especially when visiting sacred sites and villages. Mobile connectivity can be limited in some remote areas. It’s advisable to carry some cash, as ATMs may not be accessible in rural regions. Wear comfortable footwear for sightseeing and nature walks. Inner Line Permit (ILP) is not required for Indian tourists, but foreign nationals may need special permits for certain areas.

Offered rates are exclusive of GST Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation. We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation, and we would require 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date Rates may differ as per the travel dates. Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise. The rate is valid for Indian Nationals only Packages with Premium Category will be available on case to case basis because the hotel rates are dynamic. These hotels are 04 star Deluxe / 05 star category.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Once the full payment is successfully received, your booking will be confirmed, and a confirmation email with your tour details will be sent. The final itinerary and travel vouchers will be provided within 48 hours of confirmation. Please ensure all personal details and travel preferences are correctly submitted during booking to avoid delays.

If you choose to cancel your trip, the refund amount will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the travel date are eligible for a 90% refund. If canceled between 15 to 30 days before the tour, a 50% refund will be processed. Cancellations within 7 to 14 days of departure will receive a 25% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date. In the case of a no-show or early departure, 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline mentioned below. Partial refunds may apply if bookings include non-refundable components like flights or hotel reservations.
