Package Inclusions

All transfers and sightseeing’s by AC Deluxe Etios for (02 Pax) & AC Deluxe Innova (04–06 Pax) (with heater). Nights as mentioned above. Local sightseeing’s of Mughal Gardens. Full day excursion to Gulmarg. Shikara ride up to 01 hour in Dal Lake. Accommodation on MAPAI basis. Pick up & drop at Srinagar Airport. Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley trip at Pahalgam by NAC Etios/Innova. Gondola tickets till Phase I. Transfers from Tangmarg to Gulmarg to Tangmarg by chained vehicle. Above rates are net & non-commissionable. Above rates include all taxes and service charges.

Air Tickets/Train Tickets. Pony Ride/Sledging (It’s done by bargaining). Tips to Waiters/Drivers/Any Other Person. Monument Fees at all Places. Any other thing which is not mentioned in inclusions. Tour Itinerary can be changed depending upon the availability of Hotels/Houseboat. Any meals except those listed in above inclusion.

Know Before You Go

Carry a valid government-issued ID during travel. Weather in Kashmir varies — carry warm clothes even during summer. Cable car and pony rides are not included; carry cash for optional experiences. Medical support is limited in remote areas; carry essential medicines. Some sightseeing points might be inaccessible due to weather.

Terms and Conditions

Package price is based on double occupancy. The company is not responsible for any loss due to natural calamities or personal negligence. All sightseeing and transfers depend on weather and local conditions. Guests must report any issue during the trip immediately to the tour manager.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

More than 30 days before travel: Full refund after deducting minimal service fees. 15–30 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost. Less than 15 days before travel: No refund. More than 30 days before travel: Full refund after deducting minimal service fees. 15–30 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost. Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.

Payment and Refund Policy

Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days post cancellation. Refunds are applicable only within the framework of our cancellation policy. Initial payment of 50% is required for booking confirmation. Balance 50% must be paid at least 7 days before departure. Failure to pay in full may result in booking cancellation.

Additional Information

Houseboat stays are subject to water levels and weather. All sightseeing is subject to weather and road conditions. Itinerary may be modified based on hotel availability and local conditions. Vehicles provided will be as per group size and availability.
