Confirmation and cancellation policy
Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. .
Payment and Refund Policy
Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.
