Day 3 - TOUR TO ELEPHANT BEACH BY SPEED BOAT FROM HAVELOCK JETTY

Package Inclusions

• Accommodation on Single / Double sharing basis in AC base category room at all places
• Arrival/departure transfer sightseeing by AC car (2–3 Pax: Dzire & up to 6 Pax: Xylo / Ertiga)
• Buffet/Fixed menu as per booked meal plan
• Non-alcoholic welcome drink upon arrival
• All sightseeing as per the itinerary
• Tour itinerary briefing by ABH representative at Port Blair

Package Exclusions

• GST 5% on total invoice (if any hike in GST, the same will be charged extra)
• Air fare
• Meals other than specified
• Expenses of personal nature such as guides, porterage, tips, phone calls, laundry, liquor, etc.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. Therefore, no transport on the days of leisure.
• Any water sports and water activity charges
• Refund/rescheduling of any booking in any hotel for any reason will be governed by the individual hotel cancellation policy
• Expenses occurred due to bad weather, flight or ferry cancellation, strike or political unrest to be paid by the guest
• Camera fee for entering islands/monument

VISA Information

For domestic holiday packages within India, no visa is required for Indian citizens. Travelers can freely explore destinations like Andaman, Kerala, Goa, Himachal, and more without any visa formalities. Simply book your package, pack your bags, and enjoy a hassle-free vacation within the beautiful regions of India.

Know Before You Go

• Indian nationals do not require a passport to visit Andaman.
• Ferry timings are fixed; guests must report 1 hour before departure.
• Most mobile networks have limited connectivity on the islands.
• Weather can change rapidly — plan accordingly.
• Plastic is banned in many parts of Andaman — avoid carrying it.
• Wear comfortable footwear and carry sunscreen and caps.
• Local SIMs are available but with limited data plans

Terms and Conditions

• Offered rates are exclusive of GST
• Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of reservation
• We shall proceed with the holding/confirmation only after receiving 50% payment 30 days before travel and balance 10 days prior to travel date
• Ferry tickets will be booked only after advance payment and are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please share all guest names as per government documents along with flight tickets at the time of booking
• In case of trip cancellation, refund will be processed as per hotel/service policy. A 10% service charge on the total package cost applies
• In case of Covid-related issues like lockdown or positive test, booking can be postponed within a time frame, subject to hotel/ferry acceptance. Price difference will apply based on season
• Rates may vary based on travel dates
• Tour program may be reshuffled due to inclement weather or flight/ferry schedule changes, which may incur extra charges
• Ferry timing changes or endorsements in other vessels may happen due to operational reasons; this is at the sole discretion of the ferry company
• Vehicle provided will be exclusive but not at disposal. It will operate as per contract and may change sector-wise or daily
• Most hotels in Andamans have early check-in/check-out policy (08:30am–10:30am). Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel discretion
• All extras not mentioned above must be paid directly at the hotel or service provider
• Standalone services like only hotel or only transport are not provided; no price breakup will be shared
• As per Andaman regulations, minimum age for diving is 12 years. Divers over 50 years must have medical clearance for scuba diving or sea wal

Confirmation and cancellation policy

• 50% payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Balance amount to be paid 10 days prior to travel date.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of payment.
• Ferry bookings are processed only after payment and are subject to availability
• Cancellation more than 30 days before travel: 10% of total package cost
• 15–30 days before travel: 25% cancellation fee
• 7–15 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• Ferry and entry tickets are non-refundable once issue

Payment and Refund Policy

• Advance payment of 50% required to confirm the tour.
• Full payment must be done at least 10 days prior to departure.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit card.
• 5% GST is mandatory and over and above the package price.
• Failure to make timely payment may lead to automatic cancellation without refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation.
• Partial refunds are applicable based on the number of unused services.
• Refunds are subject to deduction of any cancellation/rescheduling charges by hotels, ferries or other vendors
